Why these three
Starting out is the hard part. Walk into a supplement store and it's easy to leave with the wrong things — or nothing at all. Protein, aminos and creatine are the three that most training plans actually lean on, and buying them one at a time gets fiddly.
Each product has one job. The whey is your everyday protein base — a six-source blend that supports muscle recovery and growth alongside resistance training. The EAA gives you all nine essential amino acids plus electrolytes for around your sessions. The creatine adds a clean 5g serve to support strength, power and high-intensity performance.
Doses you can check. Every serve is printed — about 22g of protein, 7,124mg of essential aminos, 5g of creatine — with full amino profiles and Supplement Facts on each label. The whey and creatine are HASTA batch-tested for competitive athletes.
One order, the basics covered. Restock the same three when you run low, or explore each product on its own page.
How to use them
- Whey — mix one 43g scoop with 300–400ml of cold water or milk. Best after training, or any time you want a convenient protein serve.
- Essential Amino Acids — mix one 10g scoop with water and sip before, during or after training.
- Creatine — take one 5g serve daily. Timing isn't critical, so pick a time you'll remember; stir into water, juice or your shake.
- Stay hydrated — drink water across the day, especially while taking creatine.
The whey already includes 3g of creatine per serve. On a day you use both the whey and the creatine serve, that's a combined 8g — still within commonly used daily amounts. If you'd rather keep it simple, use the standalone 5g creatine serve on its own.

FAQ
What exactly comes in the Athletech Essentials bundle?
Three products: Athletech Pro 6 Whey 2lb (about 21 serves), Athletech Essential Amino Acids 300g (30 serves) and Athletech Pürest Creatine Monohydrate 250g (50 serves). You choose the whey and amino flavours at checkout; the creatine is unflavoured and single-ingredient.
Can I choose the flavours?
Yes. Pick the whey in Vanilla or Chocolate, and the essential amino acids in Pineapple, Strawberry or Lemon Lime, using the options at the top of this page. The creatine comes unflavoured, so it mixes into water, juice or your protein shake without changing the taste.
How much creatine am I getting?
The standalone Pürest Creatine gives you 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate per serve — the researched daily amount that supports strength, power and lean mass with resistance training [1]. The whey also has 3g built in per serve, so on days you use both you'll take a combined 8g, still within commonly used daily amounts.
Does the bundle contain allergens?
Yes. The whey contains milk and soy, and the essential amino acids contain gluten from barley grass powder plus sucralose. All are made on equipment that also handles other products. It isn't suitable if you're allergic to milk or soy, or if you have coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
How do I use the three products together?
Have a whey shake after training or when you need protein, sip the essential amino acids around your sessions, and take one 5g creatine serve daily at any time you'll remember. Drink water across the day. Full directions are on each product's label and in the How to use section above.
Can competitive athletes use it?
The Pro 6 Whey and Pürest Creatine are HASTA batch-tested against the WADA prohibited list, and every dose is printed with no proprietary blends. If you compete in a tested sport, ask us for the current batch certificate for those two products before you buy.
Is this a weight-loss product?
No. Athletech Essentials is a training-support stack built around protein, essential amino acids and creatine to support recovery, strength and everyday performance alongside resistance training. It isn't a diet aid, a fat burner or a weight-loss product, and it makes no weight-loss claims.
