Which items are best-before dated
Some products in this bundle are near their manufacturer best-before date and some aren't. It depends on the slot, and for two of them on the flavour you pick:
- Athletech Pro 6 Whey – not dated, any flavour.
- OxyShred (Ghostbusters) – dated on every flavour: best-before 03/26 (Ecto Freeze, Frosty Big Apple), 04/26 (Slimer), 05/26 (Proton Plasma).
- Pride Pre-Workout – dated, best-before 06/26 (Sour Slap Candy, the only flavour in this slot).
- OxyGreens (Ghostbusters) – depends on flavour: dated on Ecto Freeze (03/26) and Slimer (02/26); not dated on Frosty Big Apple and Proton Plasma.
- Swoleys Creatine Gummies – not dated (Sour Apple, the only flavour in this slot).
A best-before date is a quality date, not a safety date. It's the maker's guide to peak flavour, texture and mixability – not an expiry and not a safety cut-off. Kept sealed and stored as directed, these products are good to use. More on our FAQ page.

How to use the stack
- Before training – take a serve of Pride Pre-Workout about 20–30 minutes before you train.
- After training – have a serve of Athletech Pro 6 Whey to help meet your protein for the day.
- Daily – take your Swoleys creatine gummies and mix an OxyGreens drink each day, at whatever time suits you.
- Anytime – OxyShred is a flavoured drink you can mix with water through the day if you like.
A note on caffeine. Pride and OxyShred both contain caffeine. Don't take them alongside other high-caffeine products, and they aren't suitable for under-18s, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or people sensitive to caffeine. Start with a smaller serve to see how you handle it.
