FIRST TIME USER
Start with 1 scoop (about 46g) once a day. Mix with 200–300ml water or milk. See how your body feels. If you're not bloated, tired, or full of regret, you’re good to go.
LEAN BULKING
MODERATE SUPPORT
Take 2–3 scoops daily, split into two smaller shakes if needed.
- Adding quality calories without force-feeding.
- Supporting muscle growth during hard training.
Suggested: 1.5 scoops post-workout and 1.5 scoops with breakfast or between meals.
HARDGAINER
FULL MASS ATTACK
