Plant protein and creatine, in one order

Two training staples, one stack. The NoWhey Plant Protein + Creatine bundle pairs two 1kg tubs of pea-protein powder with a 300g tub of pure creatine monohydrate — from NoWhey, the New Zealand brand built on published lab testing. A simple, dairy-free way to cover your daily protein and the researched 5g creatine dose at the same time.

  • Around 22g of plant protein per serve — from pea protein isolate, with all nine essential amino acids, to support muscle growth and recovery after exercise.
  • 5g of pure creatine monohydrate per serve — the researched daily dose of the most-studied form of creatine, supporting strength, power and high-intensity training performance [1].
  • Plant-based and dairy-free — pea protein with no whey and no lactose, so it suits a vegan or dairy-free diet.
  • Independently lab-tested — the plant protein is tested for protein content and heavy metals, and the creatine is third-party tested, with results published.
  • Low sugar, no fillers — 0.1g of sugar per protein serve, and the creatine is unflavoured with 0g sugar, carbohydrate or fat.
  • Pick any two flavours — choose two 1kg protein tubs from Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana, Strawberry or Salted Caramel, plus one 300g creatine.

What’s in the stack

NoWhey Plant Protein 1kg ×2

Around 22g of protein from pea protein isolate per 30g serve, about 33 serves per tub. Choose any two flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana, Strawberry or Salted Caramel.

Your daily protein base.

NoWhey Creatine Monohydrate 300g

5g of pure creatine monohydrate per serve, 60 serves per tub, unflavoured and micronised (200 mesh) so it stirs into any drink.

Training-output support.

Why it works

Protein and creatine do different jobs. Protein supplies the amino acids your muscles use to repair and rebuild after training. Creatine tops up the fast-energy system your muscles draw on for short, hard efforts. Running both is a common base for anyone training regularly.

Pea protein does the heavy lifting. Each 30g protein serve delivers around 22g of protein from pea protein isolate, carrying all nine essential amino acids — the ones your body has to get from food — which is what makes dietary protein useful for supporting muscle growth and recovery after training.

5g creatine — the dose the research uses. Each level serve of the creatine is 5g of pure creatine monohydrate. Taken daily, creatine supplementation raises muscle creatine stores and supports high-intensity exercise performance and training adaptations alongside regular resistance training [1]. “200 mesh” just means the powder is micronised so it stirs in easily.

Tested, then published. NoWhey has the plant protein independently lab-tested for protein content and heavy metals, and the creatine is third-party tested for purity. We tell you what’s in the tub and back the numbers with results, rather than asking you to take the label on trust.

Figures shown are for the Vanilla protein and are representative — the pea-protein base is shared across flavours, so exact macros vary only slightly (Chocolate, for example, is 498kJ and 22.5g protein per serve). See the Supplement Facts tab for the full panels and the per-product ingredient lists.

Ingredients — Plant Protein: Pea Protein Isolate, Natural Flavour, Sweetener (Sucralose). Chocolate also contains Cocoa Powder. Creatine: 100% Pure Creatine Monohydrate (200-mesh micronised), unflavoured.

Allergens: contains pea protein. The plant protein is made on equipment that also processes milk (whey) and gluten-containing products, so it is not certified gluten-free and may not suit anyone with a severe milk allergy. Not suitable for anyone with a pea or legume allergy. Always check the on-pack label for your chosen flavour.

How to use

  1. Protein. Add one scoop (30g) to around 250ml of cold water, dairy or plant milk, shake well and drink — ideal after training or any time to top up your protein. Milk or oat milk gives a smoother result; water works fine too.
  2. First mix. Pea protein can feel slightly gritty on the first mix — a good 20–30 second shake sorts it out.
  3. Creatine. Take one 5g serve daily, including rest days, stirred into water, juice or your protein shake. It’s unflavoured, so it blends into anything.
  4. Consistency over timing. Creatine’s benefit comes from taking it daily rather than at a specific time; have your protein serve around training, and drink water across the day.

Built on published testing. NoWhey is a New Zealand brand built on radical transparency: the plant protein is independently lab-tested for both protein content and heavy metals, and every report is published rather than summarised. The creatine is third-party tested for purity. For current delivery timeframes, costs and returns conditions, see the Shipping & Returns policy linked in the site footer before you order.

FAQ

What’s included in the bundle?

You get three tubs: two 1kg tubs of NoWhey Plant Protein (about 33 serves each) in any two flavours you choose, plus one 300g tub of NoWhey Creatine Monohydrate (60 serves, unflavoured). Together they cover your daily protein and a 5g creatine dose in a single order.

How do I take the protein and the creatine?

Add one scoop (30g) of protein to around 250ml of water, dairy or plant milk, shake and drink — ideally after training. Take one 5g serve of creatine daily, including rest days, stirred into water or your shake. Creatine is unflavoured, so it drops straight into whatever you’re already drinking.

Is the bundle suitable for a vegan or dairy-free diet?

Yes. The protein is made from pea protein isolate with no whey, dairy or lactose in the recipe, and supplement creatine monohydrate is produced synthetically rather than from animal sources. Note the protein is made on equipment that also runs whey, so it isn’t suitable for a severe milk allergy — always check the on-pack label for your flavour.

Does it contain dairy, soy or gluten?

The protein lists pea protein isolate, natural flavour and sucralose (Chocolate adds cocoa) — no dairy, soy or gluten ingredients are added. However, it is made on shared equipment that also processes milk (whey) and gluten-containing products, so it is not certified gluten-free. The creatine is 100% creatine monohydrate. It is not suitable for anyone with a pea or legume allergy.

How much protein and what amino acids does it have?

Each 30g serve provides around 22g of protein from pea protein isolate, carrying all nine essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids. Pea protein isolate is naturally low in sugar — about 0.1g per serve — and free from whey and lactose, which makes it a solid everyday protein for plant-based training.

Do I take creatine every day, even on rest days?

Yes. One 5g serve a day, every day including rest days, keeps your muscle creatine stores topped up. The benefit comes from day-to-day consistency rather than timing, so pick a time that suits you. You can optionally load with 20g a day (four serves) for five to seven days to saturate faster, then return to one serve.

What does “200 mesh” mean on the creatine?

“200 mesh” describes how finely the creatine is milled — the particle size, not the purity. A 200-mesh micronised powder has smaller particles than standard creatine, so it disperses and stirs into liquid more easily. The creatine itself is pure creatine monohydrate either way.

How does the plant protein taste and mix?

Pea protein has a slightly earthier base than whey, so the flavours are built to cover it cleanly. It can feel a little gritty on the very first mix — a solid 20 to 30 seconds in a shaker fixes that. Mixing with milk or oat milk gives the smoothest result, though it works fine in water.
