How to Use
Mix Your Serve
Add 1 level scoop (30g) to 200ml of cold water, milk, or a dairy-free alternative. Shake well in a shaker bottle for 15–20 seconds.
Time It Right
Consume within 30–60 minutes of training for post-workout recovery. Can also be used as a high-protein snack between meals or with breakfast.
Hit Your Daily Target
1–2 serves per day is typical for active individuals. Protein needs vary — aim for your bodyweight in grams (0.8–1.2g per kg) as a general guide.
