Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions text before running our Affiliate Program. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
- Modifications We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
- Enrolment To enrol in the affiliate program, you must accept the Terms & conditions.
- Promo You are responsible for creating your own promotional materials and advertising your affiliate link/codes. Xplosiv may choose to provide optional promotional materials to support you at its discretion (links, banners, widget and coupon code) to share.
- Content Terms: At least one instagram post must be posted per month on Instagram with @xplosivsupplementsnz tagged in order for us to repost and support you via our own instagram page (greater frequency of posting is highly encouraged to boost your earnings). Ambassadors are encouraged to be in same shot with products and cannot be wearing apparel from a competing supplements brand (NZMuscle, Sportsfuel, Sprintfit, etc.). There is zero tolerance for any promotion of a competing supplement brand including resharing content, tagging etc. Xplosiv Supplements reserves the right to use any content for advertising/marketing purposes. There is zero tolerance for any sharing or promotion of a violent, bullying, or sexual nature during the duration of promoting our brand (including OnlyFans).
- Commission All affiliates receive a commission paid in store credit from orders placed by affiliate referrals. Payment is made into your respective Xplosiv online account as credit at the end of each month.
- Termination Either https://staging.xplosiv.nz/ or the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Once the agreement is terminated, you should remove all links to the https://staging.xplosiv.nz/ website as well as all https://staging.xplosiv.nz/ trademarks and logos.
